- Title in any goods supplied remains vested in Kadeema Ltd. until the purchase price, carriage (where applicable) and VAT have been paid in full.
- All measurements must be considered approximate due to the fact that all our products are hand made. All prices are in sterling. Dimensions are in cm and are intended only as a guide.
- Every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in this web site and any brochure supplied by Kadeema is accurate.
- Kadeema reserves the right to refuse to accept any order and shall not be obliged to furnish a reason for refusal.
- Kadeema reserves the right to change prices, colours, designs and other product specification.
- Kadeema is under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage and negligence.
- Kadeema accepts no liability for injury or damage incurred during the unloading, installation or use of its products unless it is caused by one of its employees.
- Frostproof guarantee: We offer a frost proof guarantee for a period of 10 years for the pot only. This does not apply to the finish of the pot. Customers should keep their receipts to verify date of purchase.
- Return policy: With the exception of special orders, a customer may return any product within 10 days of receiving it for a refund less the cost of the original delivery to customers address. It is the customers responsibility to return the item to us. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in as-new condition, in original packaging, with the original purchase receipt. Please allow up to 14 days from date of return for refunds to be processed. If you are ever dissatisfied with an order, please contact our customer service department by e-mail as soon as possible. This return policy applies only to customers purchasing directly from Kadeema.

- Customer service: If you are not completely satisfied with our service or products, please contact us by e-mail or phone and we will do whatever we can to resolve the issue. Should you not be able to reach a customer service representative, please leave a message, we will respond promptly to any messages by the next business day.
- Order processing: Our typical processing for in-stock items can range from 2 to 7 working days for small or large items. Your order will be shipped by TNT or equivalent courier company. However we cannot guarantee delivery dates on any orders. We strive to process, package and ship your order as promptly as possible but sometimes there are processing delays.
- Product packaging: When your item is delivered please examine the goods for damage. If there are signs of damage, indicate this to the shipping agent and refuse to sign for it. Contact us immediately and we will work with the shipping agent to resolve the issue. Goods damaged in transit must be reported to Kadeema within 48 hours of receipt. The risk in the goods shall remain in Kadeema and shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery.
